Bad companies are bad at hiring, good companies tend to be good at it. In most cases as efficient as they can be if you understand their constraints.
- stmw 6y agoLots of "good companies" have terrible hiring processes, in part because they're sufficiently famous and prestigious that they can be really bad at hiring - like proudly advertising a 2 month long process - and still hire enough qualified software engineers. I don't think it's correlated.
