I don’t like this argument because it’s not like the extra milliseconds are going to make peoples lives more productive/happy/meaningful, even in aggregate. But

I don’t like this argument because it’s not like the extra milliseconds are going to make peoples lives more productive/happy/meaningful, even in aggregate. But if you are going to make this argument, one could also argue that it’s better to spend that time looking at loading spinners than looking at Facebook ads.
