I'm not a Python developer, but I tried running "python3 setup.py build" in the project's directory and got a "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools'

I'm not a Python developer, but I tried running "python3 setup.py build" in the project's directory and got a "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools'" message. I think I'm missing something with the "install it locally in your python environment" part of the instructions. Once Voce-browser is up and running, does it provide the user with a list of voice commands that can be used out of the box? Or do those have to be set up based on the user? I don't see a list of what the available commands are or any instructions on how to configure those in the Readme.
