Is that what happened to Kodak? They were over reliant on developing film sales that they didn't want to invest in digital camera technology and then were left in the dust when it inevitably because mainstream.
- altacc 6y agoIt seems so. They played a major role in pioneering the technology but couldn't see or leverage it's potential. The reaction inside Kodak was to try to suppress and ignore the technology and hope it would go away and not affect their existing market. Other companies have successfully tried that but Kodak obviously made the wrong decision and paid the price.
