- meragrin_ 6y agoWhat makes you think the small-dollar donations are from in state? Graham only raised $11 million during his last election. Raising over $85 million for a South Carolina race is nuts. No doubt the vast majority of that is from out of state.
- rrmm 6y agoI didn't mean to imply they were in state. My split up wasn't orthogonal: I just wanted to note the interesting parts were small-money donations (as you note from in and out of state) as well as money from the national committees and PACs.
