Do people actually drop their phones much while using it? I feel like most of the time you drop it by knocking if off of a table, or dropping it while pulling it out of your pocket, where a wrist strap wouldn't help. And I think Apple actually is much better at execution than coming up with new ideas. A lot of the things they do (iPad, face ID, notch, airpods, airdrop) are not new ideas, just executed better.
