There is no incentive to put bad meat in your shopping basket, but there is huge incentive to acquire information.
- Barrin92 6y agoThere's plenty of incentive to skip quality somewhere in the supply chain, which is why we get these nasty scandals[1] on occasion. However virtually nobody concludes that it means you need to process your own meat, or check if someone diluted your booze at the store or whatever.
