I'd really like to know how large the undercount is estimated to be. Is it 1%? 0.1%? 0.01%? Because that changes how I think of this. If you've undercounted LA

I'd really like to know how large the undercount is estimated to be. Is it 1%? 0.1%? 0.01%?
Because that changes how I think of this. If you've undercounted LA county population by 1,000 that's a completely different beast than 100,000.
