Microsoft isn't a democracy. They're not beholden to the majority of people who use their stuff, just to the majority of the money that's paid to them, and their shareholders.
- coldtea 6y agoDemocracies aren't in real life "beholden to the majority of people" either. But people can do things to force them to change... Even companies with shareholders still need customers, or at worse, users/eyeballs.
