Pi-Hole and WPD. These 2 tools are a must on any personal computer. Pi-Hole also is good overall even if you don't use Win computers.
As for ones at your work, that's not your problem if the company you work for has incompetents in IT department. Show your boss the problem and get him involved, that's his job to make sure you have the correct tools for your work.
