Indeed. Compare Jira with ServiceNow and it is like night and day. They serve different purposes, but Jira is friendly and SN almost hostile.

- user5994461 6y agoThey're both tools to build forms. How horrible the forms are is really up to your organization. Whether they force you to fill 50 mandatory fields or not.
