I'm completely convinced that future superconductors and stronger magnets will lead to desktop sized fusion generators. It's so exciting because there's no obvious limitation to why it wouldn't work. If superconductors improve at current rates we'll just end up there in 30-40 years naturally. To think in another generation humans might have cheap limitless power, it's tantalizing
