- Izkata 6y agoCA especially, some months ago I remember reading about them considering a retroactive tax - you'd have to pay if you lived in the state any time within the past 10 years. I have no idea if it was dropped, is in limbo, or may actually happen.
- lotsofpulp 6y agoI would be surprised if any courts held up a retroactive tax. Perhaps it was grandstanding?
