Depends: does it still have header files?
- BenFrantzDale 6y agoHopefully not, with modules in C++20 and beyond. Of course, it still will support headers.
- randyrand 6y agofor people that dont like headers, how do you browse the api of a class? Scrolling through the implementation?
- wilsonthewhale 6y agoa proper, standardized documentation system like godoc and rustdoc
- randyrand 6y agoI'm down for that, but many languages without headers don't have that by default.
- uryga 6y agoi look at a nice HTML documentation page generated from the code. happily, no one has to maintain that by hand :) i like how haskell does it: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/base-4.14.0.0/docs/Data-List.html https://hackage.haskell.org/package/base-4.14.0.0/docs/Data-...
- skocznymroczny 6y agoYou write the name of the class, add a dot and press ctrl+space
- pornel 6y agoIn Rust it's solved by `cargo doc` and https://docs.rs https://docs.rs
