So this might be an extreme example, but if the people running CatTalk become legally liable for the content, would they be held responsible for someone planning and carrying out a crime on their site? Because that seems like an easy law to abuse and destroy the lives of site-owners. For example, one could post about drug deals or something in a thread that mods might not read, then hold them legally responsible for enabling drug deals on their site.
