- marcinzm 6y agoThe Clean Air Act was enacted in 1956. Clean Water Act in 1972 (amended in 1977 and 1987). Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990. Occupational Safety and Health Act was in 1970. How can you follow a law that hasn't even been enacted?
