Ask HN: Is there a service to sync my personal and work calendars?

I want to create an event on my personal calendar, and have that event sync to my work calendar, but ONLY show the time and a generic title like “appointment”, that way work knows I’m unavailable but they don’t know I’m at a proctologist appointment, or a job interview for a different company, or whatever. Does this service exist?
