- labster 6y agoI am reminded of the time South Carolinian Stephen Colbert served torn up cardboard dressed in vinegar as an example of North Carolina BBQ.
- Spooky23 6y agoI didn’t say good bbq, just better than Arby’s. A low bar for sure. My apologies to the good people of North Carolina! When you’re on a 14-24 hour drive, your options within 5 minutes of I95 are limited. There are some awesome options that need that criteria as well, but their hours often don’t match my travel schedule on that trip!
