Well, of course. Corona is a very contagious disease, and we have these options:
1) weld everybody in for 2 weeks (tried in China).
2) deliver a vaccine (but almost half of Americans won't take it)
3) get to herd immunity.
Most countries are fooling themselves by pretending there's another option, including the US today. The US is doing #3, but is in denial.
