I wonder what the impact of reduced car ownership is on increased mobility in the elderly population. It wouldn't surprise me if this was correlated.
- rtlfe 6y agoFor one obvious example, the people who legitimately need to rely on cars will spend less time sitting in traffic.
- asdff 6y agoOften the elderly live with family so they are much better attended overall than most in the U.S., and wouldn't need to pick up their own prescriptions themselves in the first place.
