The NY Post story allegedly includes a picture of an FBI subpoena for the laptop in question.
- nullc 6y agoI keep expecting to see a FBI response. "That subpoena never existed" or "We issued it and didn't find anything credible to forward to the DOJ" or "We don't comment on ongoing cases." ... I'm not sure what silence means.
- zaroth 6y agoThe FBI referred questions about its seizure of the laptop and hard drive to the Delaware US Attorney’s Office, where a spokesperson said, “My office can neither confirm nor deny the existence of an investigation.”
