Price-discrimination and tying in support of monopoly? Seems like an anti-trust nightmare for Apple and the relevant telecom. I guess they figure they're in the green since the conspiracy is slightly trans-industry and not simply telecoms fixing telecom prices. However, to me, it's still price fixing when AT&T and Verizon agreeing to fix iPhone prices.
