Well, I'm tired of this tape, but: Cut some heads and wages in the upper management, focus strictly on Firefox and one or two other projects and don't do bullshit that burns money. All of a sudden you'll have a great product, a clear mission and people will start liking and supporting you. Anything is better than getting into bed with these "game studios".
