Boxes of Love for Babies in the Hospital
- kirillzubovsky 6y agoOne of my friends lost her baby after a year's battle with cancer. They went to a hospital for an emergency visit, and weren't able to leave it for months. As a memory to the kid and a way to help other parents, they've started a non-profit to send care packages to babies in hospitals. Today is their launch day, so to speak. Unlike a typical startup, it is a little hard to celebrate something that came out of a rather gloomy experience. On the other hand, this can help/encourage/delight other kids in hospitals, so the best we can do is share the word and hopefully get these care packages to many more babies in need. Edit: Here's an alternative summary of what they are doing. I find it actually a more impactful and easier to share alternative to the website - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KF6CTBBvbTwIPS4cBng6BrImrBwGrLEs/view?fbclid=IwAR2-aVvYkgeedtNc6kSoZL3Q-LV4oNOO9mLcpBQN1pC270bQEwq8Vti4g48 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KF6CTBBvbTwIPS4cBng6BrImrBw...
