Your argument could be applied to you just as easy. If you don’t notice it, you could be the cause as well. To the OPs original lamentation, ego clashes are pretty much part of adult life. The solution to it is maturity, and maturity is fundamentally your ability to get the fuck over it and handle your responsibilities. With that said, I understand that it’s not easy.
