Hi, you might remember me from some older thread about grapefruit juice. This is basically the counterpart, the other side.
In short:
Do not ever drink grapefruit juice the day you also take in vitamin D. It gave me a month long heavy headache. Not headaches. One gigantic headache.
Despite being years behind me, it still haunts me.
