I'm taking 5k IU daily. How long it took you to get to the top of the safe range?
- cliffy 6y agoEven if your bodies are pretty similar, you still don't know if your vitamin D levels will follow the pattern that his did. If you're messing with vitamin D supplements you should talk to a doctor and/or get your blood tested.
