In the US sometimes the picture can be a detriment because then the employer can be sued for discrimination based on age, gender, race etc. That is one factor that will keep people from adding their image or street address to a resume.
- gobienan 6y agoAh yes, I didn't knew that a few month ago until someone mentioned it. But you have the option now to hide the picture in the templates :) Maybe I need to highlight that somewhere in the website.
