I hope this will finally stop iPhones from shattering so easily. I remember a few years ago my iPhone 7 screen shattered while in my pocket, and just 2 days after the 1 year warranty had ended. I've never been so mad as when the "Genius" assistant told me the metal frame just sometimes bent and caused the screen to break. Seems this couldn't happen with ceramic.
