I'm working as a software developer for more than 10 years in startups and I wanted to bring back value to the community. Feedback is coming from many people from different departments and it is hard to reproduce bugs. Most of the time there is not even a bug and you expend time solving something that wasn't broken. Betafeedback tries to implement the feedback culture, a framework that values fast Feedback Loops, collaborative Sprint Reviews, Open Communication, Flat Hierarchy and Customer Participation. We bring the tools to receive feedback from Managers, Designers, Developers and Customers. So, What can I do with Betafeedback? Forget about post-it. Easily report feedback & BUGS in front of your clients. Help your developers to find BUGS with video. Use your website as a whiteboard. Report feedback collaboratively. Report feedback in remote. Use it in "production" to automatically receive video with the errors of the users. Use it in "development" to report feedback as you find it. I built my own website with HTML and I use Betafeedback to add the contact form, as I don't know how to code.
