Use high-price products to sell your other products
- m463 6y agoSounds like the opposite of what apple is doing now.[1] They used to have "the halo effect" going for them where their really good products would make their reasonable products a no-brainer to buy. Now they seem to be pandering to a less-sophisticated market and letting the high-end stuff sort of fade away. I still use my few-years-old os on a few-years old machine and it works for me, but the magic is dying. [1] unfathomably expensive mac pro with expensive wheels doesn't count.
