You aren't supposed to - serverless is for developing systems based around microservices, claiming they are intended to replace servers for running COTS products is a disgusting strawman.

- einpoklum 6y agoMostly agree, but: > Well try migrating a massive Java codebase to .NET Java is a language, and an ecosystem of associated technologies. That's not equivalent from switching from one cloud provider to another, or even to your own machines. The equivalent might be, say, maybe switching between JVM implementations.
