The quality issues that you encounter in houses aren't the framing either, though. It's the roof sealing, ventilation, trim, plumbing, ... all things that prefab framing also doesn't address.
- modeless 6y agoTrue, I don't see a point to prefab unless it involves a lot more than the framing. But it seems totally possible to do prefab installation of most of the ventilation, plumbing, electrical, etc.
