Agreed, but maybe it's best to think of the 95% as a convenient placeholder to remind you to account for extreme cases rather than a hard and fast rule.

- drdec 6y agoI think it might be even more useful to think about the time you saved - i.e. without a car, will you be spending more than 5% of your time on transportation?
