I think that generally foreign (I.e non-Swedish in my case) media does not really distinguish them. I read Nyt, washpo, the guardian and le monde and IIRC all of them had headlines similar to "The winners of the Nobel prize in Economy". Swedish media in general will say "The winners of the Sverige Riksbank price in Economic science in memory of Alfred Nobel" (or just "the prize in economics).
