- gregsadetsky 6y agoAt the time, I had co-founded a startup that had had an exit. The people represented by 10x are typically quite varied in the way that they get to do this kind of work. I've recommended freelancers that I've worked with to 10x based on their technical abilities and empathy/"EQ" i.e., people who are pleasant to work with & get stuff done.
