I think this is one of those "technically right but wrong in all aspects that matter" type of facts.
True, there is no Nobel Prize in Economics. That said, the Nobel Prize website has a page dedicated to it, it is listed right under the Peace Prize in their main navigation, and the winners are included in the "597 Nobel prizes" in their "Quick facts" section.
If the Nobel Committee doesn't care about making a difference, and is for all practical purposes a Nobel Prize with the clear endorsement of the Nobel Committee, what else is there to say?
