Good advice - I've been there with burn out and depression. Some of what helped me most:
Make time for something you enjoy.
Finish something, even if it is small.
Make work life barriers. Hard to do when you are expected to be on call or available, but be at work or at home, not both, even if you WFH.
- anotherhue 6y agoAgreed, more than making time I'd suggest that we should be careful not to treat our off-time as mere recuperation. It should be at least, if not more valued. Live to work / work to live, etc.
