Don't use exceptions for flow control
- throwaway_pdp09 6y agoAgreed! except a) python does exactly this (which I disagree with but whatever, it's considered acceptable https://softwareengineering.stackexchange.com/questions/112463/why-do-iterators-in-python-raise-an-exception https://softwareengineering.stackexchange.com/questions/1124...) and b) in this case it may be cleanest.
