- Minor49er 6y agoThe book "Missing Out: In Praise of the Unlived Life" by Adam Phillips is a bit dry, but helped me to overcome a lot of my feelings of FOMO. Around the same time I read that, I also purged all of my social media accounts. My anxiety has gone down since then.
