The article is about it being sold to marketers and advertisers.
- ffpip 6y agoI wanted to show how the guy was downvoted for showing a legitimate concern, which turned out to be true hours later. Everything will end up sold to someone someday. Just keep your info private.
- syshum 6y agoSorry but I do not believe government tracing every contact I make is a "legitimate" government power Further it is unlikely that these companies would have either even attempted, or if attempted would have gotten wide spread compliance with out government mandates they collect said info. Government (as always) has created this problem
