I noticed that too. Actually it's getting worse. Yesterday I opened it using a private tab on my phone and the first thing that shows up is a login page. Can't even see the posts. Then, the only way is to fallback to old.reddit. For desktop I use a chrome extension called old reddit which redirects to the old version by default.
