I believe it's usually implemented as user pays standard rate legal fees - court, lawyer fees and maybe some extra. If you choose to hire a super expensive legal team, that's on you.
- z3ncyberpunk 6y agoBecause any freely provided or "reasonably" priced law firms that poor people could use tend to be shit.. the american economy and legal system is a racket rigged for those already rich and powerful, dynastic american royalty. "It's a big club, and you ain't in it."
