Is it just based on salary or TC? TC for a lot of these roles is not that high.
- CinchWrench 6y agoRule is for base pay, contingent pay (bonus/incentives) is not allowed.
- formercoder 6y agoWhat do you mean not allowed? I know plenty of people on H1-Bs that get huge bonuses.
- CinchWrench 6y agoSorry, not allowed to count for the compensation reported to us gov.
