I've noticed this specific case being brought up on HN 3 times in the past 3 weeks (from different sources). I think it's a dead horse. Beyond that, I would wholeheartedly recommend people take 3000 UI per day while COVID is floating around. (3 drops from your typical Vitamin D in drop form)
