For non-credit card banking I’ve been with them 25 years and have never had a problem.
- toomuchtodo 6y agoCan’t speak to their deposit account offerings (I use Chase, Schwab, and Fidelity for that), but my credit experiences with Citi were bad enough I switched to Amex exclusively for credit cards (Platinum and Gold charge cards, Schwab investor card, etc). Data point noted, many thanks.
