  "Thus, it may not be IMMEDIATELY deleted upon request and is an approved exception to GDPR and CCPA deletion rights." I'm not sure if they have updated it after your request for deletion? If so, congrats on getting them to update it. Or was the lede buried right at the end of the article as 'Read the privacy policy'?
