...and then what? Do they have a massive database of phone images that they can search enmasse? I've heard stories of DHS taking phones to make copies of them - so it seems like they have a process of taking phone images, and possibly scanning them on the spot. ...but then do they catalogue all these phone images somewhere and are they searched regularly?
