I don't know if you read the article, but the main focus of the lawsuit is that Asians and whites have a much smaller chance of getting accepted than black people.
- marnett 6y agoYes I believe GP is referencing the broader political goal of diminishing/repealing affirmative action laws from the books.
- ChomskyNormal4m 6y agoThe smallest measure of blacks as a percentage of US population would be 12%, and at Yale blacks are half of that.
- J5892 6y agoI'm not arguing that blacks are fairly represented at Yale (clearly they aren't). I'm just pointing out that it's not what this lawsuit is about.
