How is this not a fishing expedition? Does the 4th amendment not mean anything anymore in the US? Are judges still this clueless about such obfuscated requests from the police?
- shadowgovt 6y agoThe keyword in this case was a postal address. It smells a bit analogous to pulling a street-corner security camera's feeds and looking at everyone who passed through an intersection to correlate with other data the cops have.
